**Shipping and Exchange**

2.(A) In the event of a technical issue or dissatisfaction with the course content, candidates may request an exchange for another course of equal value within 10 Days of enrollment.
3(.A) To request an exchange, candidates must contact our customer support team with details of the issue or reason for exchange. Upon approval, candidates will be provided with access to the alternate course of their choice.
